Course INFORMATION
Sail training from anywhere – take your theory course online or as an in-person course.
With Blue-2’s interactive learning materials, you can learn conveniently from home – giving you the freedom to adapt your course to your needs. This way, you’ll be optimally prepared to make the most of the practical sessions on-site.
Our online theory courses are held live, and with a maximum of 15 participants, there’s plenty of time for practice and revision.
The material is explained step by step, and with the help of our virtual learning materials, you can learn everything from home. Chart examples are presented and reviewed together. Each session covers topics such as weather, tides, safety, or engines, which are discussed together.
Chart work is demonstrated and explained directly on screen using a chart, and course participants then plot the assigned task on their own chart. Afterwards, the results are collectively analyzed on screen. A nautical chart and accompanying materials will be sent to you by post. For the duration of the course, you will also receive access to our Learningsuite Skipper 360° www.skipper360.at, where we have made the chart work available as an online course.
