SAILING INSTRUCTORS
MONOHULL & CATAMARAN

FOR THE SAILING SCHOOL IN CROATIA

Do you want to share your passion for sailing with others? Welcome aboard our sailing universe! We are looking for instructors for skipper training & harbour manoeuvres on monohull & catamaran in Punat, Krk, Croatia.

We teach according to the clear training concept of BLUE-2.at.

What can you expect?

• You are a permanent part of our training team in our sailing school on Krk
• You conduct training for harbour & sailing manoeuvres, as well as practice trips on monohull and/or catamaran with groups of 4 to 6 people.
• Your workplace is our training boats from 38 to 50 feet in the largest marina in Croatia, in Punat on the island of Krk in Croatia.
• You work within a fixed training concept that was developed together with our partner BLUE-2.
• You are the first point of contact for our customers on site
• You stay free of charge on site on the boat or in our instructor house.
• You work on a self-employed basis, the fee is:
  €1400 per week, including all other expenses.
  

What do we expect from you?

• You have a sailing licence FB2, SKS or equivalent, as well as Short Range Certificate for marine radio.
• You have many years of experience as a skipper on sailing yachts in Croatia.
• You have excellent communication skills, great empathy and enjoy teaching people.
• You successfully complete the 3-day “Train the Trainer” programme with blue-2.at in which our training concept and standards are taught.
• You are passionate about what you do: sailing.
