The Women’s Sailing Camp combines high-quality training in three disciplines, real practice on the water and a strong community. Whether you want to gain your first experience or develop your skills in a targeted way – here you sail under optimal conditions, exclusively among women.
Highlight: Three disciplines in one week – skipper training & Boathandling, Offshore & Bluewater and Sail Trim & Sail Racing – with a top-class team of instructors including regatta sailor Laura Lüttin and round-the-world sailor Talissa Hackbarth.
The instructors rotate between boats and work directly with you on technique, tactics and teamwork.

The instructors rotate between boats and work directly with you on technique, tactics and teamwork – personally, precisely, with passion. Joining us: Greta Donner & Anja Marai (skipper training & Boathandling, IN2THEBLUE Academy), Talissa Hackbarth (Offshore & Bluewater, round-the-world sailor) and Laura Lüttin (Sail Trim & Sail Racing, regatta sailor).

Who is the camp suitable for?
- Women with a passion for sailing
- Crews or individual participants
- Beginners and advanced sailors
- Minimum crew: 7 women per boat, ideally 8–9 people
The boats
Sailing takes place on identical Dehler 38 SQ Performance Cruisers – fair, sporty and challenging.
All boats are equipped with:
- Fully battened mainsail & headsail
- Gennaker for reaching and downwind courses
Perfect conditions for intensive training and exciting races.
Camp week schedule
Four phases. One unforgettable week.
Note: Training blocks are conducted flexibly depending on weather conditions
Arrival: Saturday
Welcome & safety briefing, line handling
Block: Harbour manoeuvres
Boat handling & harbour manoeuvres under engine
Block: Offshore & Bluewater
Passage planning, sailing manoeuvres, navigation, night sailing
Block: Free sailing
Day for rest, activities ashore or free sailing
Block: Sail Trim & Sail Racing
Gybing & tacking, gennaker handling, optional: regatta start strategy & tactics
Closing flotilla
Flotilla outing & overnight in a secluded bay, optional: sunrise sailing
– Instructors work directly with you on the boats on technique & procedures
– Daily debriefings with the instructors

Accommodation and supporting programme
Accommodation is on board or ashore in our IN2THEROOMS guesthouses “Giovanni & Giulia” in Punat – with 5 double rooms and 8 apartments. Here our guests find their place to relax away from the sailing programme. Sea, lake & mountain.
Costs
Individual place €850 with min. 6 participants per boat.
Plus €90 base fee (tourist tax, diesel, cleaning, insurance)
incl. deposit insurance per person.
For women with a passion for sailing – as crews or individual participants, beginners and advanced sailors alike. 6-7 participants per boat.

Safety first. During waiting periods we have an exciting alternative programme prepared. The instructors decide on site.
