ABOUT THIS RACE

At the end of October this year, Trieste will once again be in a state of excitement: alongside a diverse supporting programme, the highlight on 13 October will certainly be the 56th edition of the Barcolana Regatta. With thousands of participating boats, it is considered the largest regatta in the world! ⛵️

With a relatively straightforward course in the Gulf of Trieste, this regatta is not about enduring for days on end, but rather about managing an incredibly large number of participants – definitely a highlight in the regatta world and an experience that no participating sailor will ever forget!
